What’s new for 2024?
Introducing the Event Leader Hub!
We’re thrilled to introduce a streamlined process for adding events to the NEM Ontario event calendar. Based on your feedback, we’ve revamped the event submission process to make it easier than ever to feature your event. Below, we’ve outlined the new and improved process to help get your event published on the official calendar of events for 2024.
Ready to become an event leader? It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Create Your Account: Visit our website and fill out the form to create your event leader account & application. After you submit your event, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received your application. Our team will also review & approve your event application.
We strongly recommend adding NEM Ontario (letstalk@nemontario.ca) to your safe sender list to make sure that you receive essential updates about your event. Check out our event leader FAQs to get instructions on how to do this & to read other common questions.
2. Submit Your Event: Once your application is approved, you will get another email asking you to input the details for your event in our Event Leader Hub. Please note: your event will NOT be added to the calendar until you complete this important step. After you submit your event details, our team will review your event one more time & add the event registration URL.
3. Publish your event & edit as needed: You’ll get another email when your event is approved and at that point, your event will be published to the calendar. Need to make changes to your event? No problem! Simply log in to the Event Leader Hub and make the necessary edits. Please allow 24 hours for these changes to be reflected on the calendar. Clear your cache if immediate visibility is needed (see our FAQ section for how to do this).
Your decision to choose NEM Ontario as the platform to showcase your engineering event is truly appreciated! We’re dedicated to ensuring your event’s success. For assistance or questions, check out our Event Leader FAQ or reach out to us at letstalk@nemontario.ca
