2024 Student Engineering Challenge Event Leader Evaluation

At NEM Ontario, we believe in nurturing young leaders who envision a brighter future. To ensure the success and alignment of your event aligns with our mission, we ask that you please complete the following evaluation form to receive funding or be considered for the Student Engineering Challenge. Based on your submission we will be awarding cash prizes to first place ($3,000), second place ($1,500) and third place winners ($500). To be eligible to win the Student Engineering Challenge, participants must submit answers to the following questions by April 5th, 2024 by 11:59 pm EST. Winners will be contacted by Monday, April 22nd, at 5:00 pm EST

Criteria for Assessment

Our evaluation criteria are the cornerstones of your event’s potential for success, each contributing to a total of 10 points. Please fill in each of the following fields.

In your own words, or through engaging presentations or video narratives, provide us with information about your event. Share how your event championed the lifelong learning theme and made an impact.
Communicate the essence of your event using text, visual presentations, or captivating video formats. Paint a vivid picture of what attendees experienced how your event drove positive change.
Tell us about your event’s scale and scope. Share essential data, such as the total number of attendees, dedicated volunteers, and the event’s overall cost.

    They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Share 3-8 high-resolution event photos, screenshots, videos or other media that encapsulates the spirit and energy of your event.
