We will host a panel discussion on women in engineering and their experiences in the field throughout their career.
Questions will be about the career experiences, school experiences, challenges they have faced, their inspirations, and other topics. We will have have a group of women and/or non-binary people present from different backgrounds and companies. Some potential companies that have shown interest in similar events in the past include Lumentum and Ciena.
Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with panelists by sending questions in, asking questions over video call or live chat, and joining breakout rooms. A Q&A will take place at the end to cover any areas attendees would like
