Humber College Champions Women in STEM

March 8 is International Women’s Day. As the lead partner of NEM and in our effort to showcase how Humber College Champions Women in STEM, we are hosting an in-person luncheon and panel discussion where fearless women will share their authentic stories and how there is strength in our differences to bring innovation, productivity, and pride to a more elastic workforce. Panelists include:

  • Professor Maria Jacome, PhD, Civil Engineering Technology, Humber College
  • Firoozeh Khalily, Vice President, National Field Operations, Rogers Communications, and Humber College Program Advisory Committee member
  • Elizabeth Pietrantonio, retired, Associate Dean of Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology and recipient of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers President’s Award
  • Maryam Rezaie, Technical Manager, Salit Steel and Humber College Program Advisory Committee member
