The Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE) celebrates engineering excellence in Canada. Fellows of the Academy are many of the countries most accomplished engineering Leaders from the private, academic and not-for profit sectors, including many exceptional Women in leadership roles within the profession. The Academy wishes to hold a 90-minute webinar on how companies can build more gender inclusive workplaces. The session would feature gender equity initiatives and best practices, concentrating on the ones to retain women in engineering careers. This would be followed by a panel discussion and an interactive session with the audience to answer questions. This event will also be an opportunity to network and to support women engineers and university students.
