Attendees will be randomly assigned a group corresponding to a box of building materials. They will be challenged to build a bridge, meeting certain criteria, with the materials given but each box will contain different materials. Some materials will be more challenging to use than others and this will represent inequalities. A brief presentation will be given to highlight the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Overall, the event will aim to educate and remind attendees of the importance of EDI.
