Girls STEMRichment ProgramJean Augustine Centre For Young Women’s Empowerment
The STEM workshop gives girls in the Etobicoke area an opportunity to engage with STEM concepts, some for the first time, to help break down access barriers for girls in STEM.

March 10
First Robotics CanadaHumber College, North Athletic Centre
This three day competition (beginning March 8th), combines the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology! High school students will showcase their designs and compete in Canada’s largest robotics competition.

March 11
Hackergal 2.0: Hacking a Business – The DMZ Sandbox
This two day (March 11 & 12) workshop is designed to empower girls ages 14-16 to share their stories by creatively leveraging the power of technology!

March 12
#include WorkshopUofT 35 St. George Street
Many barriers prevent youth from pursuing STEM professions, Project Include is addressing some of them through half day coding workshops at schools and community centers!

March 13
NEM at the CN Tower!CN Tower
Spend time discovering all the cool ways engineering and engineering technology influences the world around us with fun activities designed by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers from March 11-15th!

March 14
Earth Rangers Tour – Earth Rangers Centre
Earth Ranger tours are a great opportunity for students to see the environmentally friendly technical systems in place that improve sustainability!

March 15
Pueblo Science Robotics CompetitionDufferin Mall
A free robotics competition for 8-17 year-old students to be introduced to building, programming and racing skills and while competing and winning fun prizes!

March 16
Interactive Science FairEglinton Square
Over 20 tables of hands-on experiments, activities and demonstrations, hourly raffle prizes and information booths from OACETT, Chemical Institute of Canada, Women in Technology and Engineering and Scientists in School!

March 17
UP4 The Challenge, Seedy Sunday –  TD Future Cities Centre
It’s the 9th annual Seedy Sunday with gardening activities for all ages, a bustling market space, workshops hosted by industry professionals and an annual Seed Swap!
